Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can downgrade or cancel your subscription anytime. When you cancel, you'll still have access to the plan's features for the time you've already paid for. After that period, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
What happens when I upgrade?
When you upgrade, your account will be charged based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed. Your checkout will automatically reflect the price per seat for the number of users you have added to the team.
What happens when I downgrade?
If you have added more video minutes than the supported on your downgraded plan, when you downgrade you will lose access to the videos which are beyond plan limits.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes. All prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, of course! You can sign-up and create a workspace, add as many users as you would like to share your workspace with, and upload upto 100 minutes of video content. You can use it for as long as you want. Also, you won't be asked to add your credit card till you're ready to upgrade.
